Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel an online order. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods (such as fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy products) under regulation 28(1)(d). For non-perishable Products, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt by contacting us; we will refund the price within 14 days of receiving the goods back in their original condition.

If anything you receive from us is faulty, damaged or not as described, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
