Named in honour of the man who spent a lifetime behind the counter.
For over 50 years, Andrew ran the Greengrocers on Holmfirth’s High Street — and before him, his Mother Dorothy had the shop. Same spot. Same pavement. Same honest, seasonal, straight-from-the-grower way of doing things.
When Andrew finally stepped back, Johnathan renamed the shop in his honour, ‘Andrews of Holmfirth’. Same soul. Same long memory. Same reason to keep the lights on: good produce, sold properly, to the community and trade that's walked through this door for decades.
